I’ve built habits that keep me grounded, energized, and strong even through the seasons of overwhelm, juggling new jobs, a new marriage, and a body that didn’t always feel like mine!

I drink my water before my coffee, get in at least two powerful movement sets a day (yes, even when I don’t feel like it!), walk to keep my energy high and my insulin happy, and actually enjoy dessert without guilt.

My secret? I build momentum. I’ve learned that sustainable health is about doing the right things consistently enough to feel amazing in your own skin. I’m here showing you that it’s possible to thrive through real life with a plan that actually fits.

Kat - Registered Nurse I definitely ate way more veggies. I learned how to incorporate them to enjoy them more. I have a better understanding of serving sizes and nutrition facts and understanding ingredients list. I enjoy preparing my snacks at home. My new favorite is almond flour tortillas in the air fryer! I never liked exercising, now I stretch more often! I can say I’m definitely healthier and my mind has changed a lot about food.
