I’ve built habits that keep me grounded, energized, and strong even through the seasons of overwhelm, juggling new jobs, a new marriage, and a body that didn’t always feel like mine!

I drink my water before my coffee, get in at least two powerful movement sets a day (yes, even when I don’t feel like it!), walk to keep my energy high and my insulin happy, and actually enjoy dessert without guilt.

My secret? I build momentum. I’ve learned that sustainable health is about doing the right things consistently enough to feel amazing in your own skin. I’m here showing you that it’s possible to thrive through real life with a plan that actually fits.

Because when you see someone who’s living it not flawlessly, but fully that’s when you believe you can too!

Kat - Registered Nurse I definitely ate way more veggies. I learned how to incorporate them to enjoy them more. I have a better understanding of serving sizes and nutrition facts and understanding ingredients list. I enjoy preparing my snacks at home. My new favorite is almond flour tortillas in the air fryer! I never liked exercising, now I stretch more often! I can say I’m definitely healthier and my mind has changed a lot about food.

Swen CR Nurse Anesthesiologist Awareness to incorporate a well-balanced diet including vegetables.  Improved awareness in looking for nutrition facts regarding sources of carb content in food products relating to personal health goals. Sources of good fats and when to eat them for best body composition. I gained a better understanding of ingredients and quality of food like when to buy organic; Also, why it is best to avoid ingredients like natural flavors. I jump-started my goal to stretch regularly and exercise.
