Most fitness programs for women in their 30s and 40s focus on the “bikini body", beyond that we aren't even marketed to except about menopause.

Inside Whole Fit Method we focus on small consistent habits and ongoing support so you

Do I have to follow a strict diet?

No strict diets.

How much does the Live Zoom program cost?

The Whole Fit Method coaching zoom program is $275 per month.

Many fitness programs provide videos and meal plans but leave you to figure things out on your

own.

This includes:

• 2 live guided zoom workouts - form correction that makes each move the most effective

• simple nutrition group guidance

• weekly coaching lessons and strategies for effective fat loss with you in mind

• accountability and support

• access to a supportive community of women working toward similar goals

The goal is to give you structure, support, and a clear system so you can build lasting

healthy habits. Those pieces are often what help people stay consistent long enough to see real change.

Do I have to commit long term?

No.

The program is monthly, so you can continue as long as it is helpful for you.

Many women stay because they enjoy the structure, support, and the progress they begin to

see over time.

What if I miss a workout?

Life happens.

The program is designed to support real people with busy schedules.

Even if you cannot attend every session live, you will still receive guidance, coaching, and

support to help you stay on track.

Consistency matters more than perfection.

Is this cheaper than personal training?

Yes.

Traditional personal training often costs $100 -$150 per session.

Whole Fit Method provides coaching, guidance, and structured workouts at a fraction of that

cost, while still giving you support and accountability.

What if I want more private support instead of group coaching?

The Whole Fit Method group program is designed to give women structure, accountability, and

support in a community setting.

However, some women prefer more personalized attention in person and on zoom

depending on their goals, schedule, or specific health needs.

For those clients, I do offer limited private coaching options where we can work more closely

together.

Private coaching can include things like:

• more individualized guidance

• more direct feedback during sessions

• deeper habit and lifestyle coaching

• flexible scheduling

Because private coaching involves more dedicated time and personalized attention, those

options are priced differently than the group program.

Most women begin in the group program because it provides an excellent balance of support,

accountability, and affordability, and then decide later if they want additional personalized

coaching.
